Our return policy for non-perishable items lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item may not have been used and must be in the condition in which you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only items with regular prices can be refunded, unfortunately sale items can not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as present when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased or the donor received the request for you to deliver later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are sending an item above 50 €, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
