Refunds and Returns

We strive to provide a high standard of customer service, but we understand that we cannot always achieve it.

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of orders. In these cases, please contact us directly at (351) 917 408 791 and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Our return policy for non-perishable items lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or full exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item may not have been used and must be in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

After the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a specified number of days.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially published.

Contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is authorized.

Sales items (if applicable)

Only products with regular prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, sales products cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send an email to hello@mondaysmeal.com and send the product to: Avenida Marechal Carmona nº 694, 2750-312 Cascais

Gift

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After the returned product is received, a voucher will be sent.

If the product was not marked as a gift when it was purchased or the donor received a request for subsequent delivery, we will send a refund to the donor and they will be notified of your return.

Devolution

To return the product, you must send it to: Avenida Marechal Carmona nº 694, 2750-312 Cascais

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the exchange time varies.

If you have shipped a product / order over € 50, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
