Launching a different concept is not an easy task, and often when people question for the ideal time to eat / drink smartfood, it's normal to use generic "No Time Wasted" phrases or typical pictures of a happy executive walking in the car with his shaker.
All of them are true! And believe that they will appear in our fantastic feed.
However the purpose of this post is to highlight more concrete examples on how a Mondays can be a good alternative to the different meals of your day.
Shall we begin?
They say that breakfast is the most important meal, where we should get energy for the rest of the day. But most of times we're pouring the cereal into a bowl while we watch the Instagram feed or just running into the car with some bread in our mouths.

Whether it's laziness to do something more elaborate or the alarm clock didn't ring, your Mondays breakfast takes 30 seconds to prepare and nothing indicates that you should consume it sitting on the couch or kitchen. Mix it, shake it and take it with you. Possibly you won't arivve late to work (and here comes the photograph of the happy executive). Ah! And for those who are still in love with chocolate milk, the no-brainer here will be Mondays Cocoa and Hazelnut.
The average worker has 1 of lunch time. You get off the desk, go down the elevator, pick the restaurant, wait for a table, and 15 minutes already passed. Now all you have to do is sit down and wait for the food. Suddenly you're already asking for the bill and you only have 5 minutes left to go back to the desk. How many times did this situation occur to you? The truth is that having meal with coworkers, friends, boyfriend or grandfather is as good as taking a walk around town with a Mondays in one hand. Well actually, it isn't.
It is just more practical and economical.
There are also cases of the brave ones, who enjoy going to the gym during lunch time in order to not waste time. But like everything in life, we win on one side and lose on another. In this case the defeat goes to the lunch meal where most of the time is overcome with something from the vending machine or the same salad every day.
Is there a complete, nutritious meal you can drink between the gym and work?
You no longer need to eat to run.
17: 00 in the afternoon, Arms are already tired of writing and in a way (even if it is in our unconscious) we already think that the work is getting near to the end. It is also the typical time that our belly starts to complain for a snack or something. Here appears the greatest dilemma of human history, what to eat? A few crackers just to fool hunger (but with little satisfaction)? Go down to the cafeteria and ruin your diet with some cake? Drink a Mondays and if needed eat less at dinner?
As you can see, we didn't solve the dilemma. But we created another alternative for the wise people to discuss in the issue of the century.
Finally dinner time, and here there is no debate on how good it is to sit at the table with family / friends and relax, especially when it is a weekend night (plus summer)!
Now it's also true that Mondays is a complete meal and easy to digest and so you will not have problems sleeping and you will not have that swollen belly feeling. It is during sleep that your body better absorbs the nutrients of each ingredient.
Do not think that there is any interesting hint here because supper is always a sin, but if your belly and conscience have an infernal struggle between hunger and eating something healthy, a Mondays can be the soldier of peace!
